For senior leaders
Creative
Intelligence.
Executive reflection sessions that use art, imagery, and creative exercises as strategic tools. For leaders who know that the best decisions come from seeing differently, not just thinking harder.

The premise
Your brain already knows the answer. It just needs a different way in.
A VP once sent me a painting instead of a progress report. It said more about her leadership challenge than any quarterly review ever could. A CEO started photographing "point A" and "point B" to articulate where he wanted to take his company. No slides. No frameworks. Just two images and a conversation.
The most senior leaders I work with often hit a ceiling where analytical thinking stops producing new answers. They have done the strategy decks. They have read the leadership books. What they need is a different lens. One that bypasses the noise and connects them to what they actually see, feel, and know.
That is what these sessions are for.
How it works
Art as a strategic mirror.
I curate. You reflect.
Each session begins with a carefully chosen piece: a painting, a photograph, a film fragment, a poem. Not because it is beautiful, but because it holds a question relevant to where you are right now.
Patterns emerge.
What you notice in a painting reveals how you scan for risk. How you describe a photograph reflects how you frame problems. The art becomes data about your decision-making, your blind spots, your leadership instincts.
Creative exercises, not group therapy.
You might photograph your own "point A and point B." Write a one-page letter from your future self. Map a decision as a landscape. These are executive tools disguised as creative acts.
Integration, not just insight.
Every session ends with a clear connection between what surfaced and what you will do differently. This is not abstract. It is reflection with a return on investment.
For whom
Built for leaders who have outgrown the playbook.
Victoria gave me a homework: make a picture that reflects where I am now and where I would like to be. My take is that it does not matter what or where you are, there is always something new for you. And all of our life we are a work in progress.
